General policy:
- Rooms are booked and confirmed upon receipt of 100% advance deposit.
- Check-in 1:00pm /Check-out time 11am, early check-in or late check-out is subject to
availability.
Standard cancellation policy:
- If booking is cancelled 30 days or more in advance of arrival date: 100% advance to be refunded,
net of taxes and bank charges.
- If booking is cancelled between 15 to 29 days in advance of arrival date: 50% advance to be
refunded, net of taxes and bank charges.
- Any cancellation request received less than 14 days prior to arrival: NO advance to be refunded
- For part cancellation of the booking, above policy to apply on pro-rata basis.
Refund
• Refunds only through cash/cheque/bank transfer for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
• Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
• Credit/debit card refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
• No reduction from the Meal Plan / Package price can be claimed in case any meals / activities are not availed, or should any activities become unavailable on the day.
Rooms booked can’t be downgraded and upgrades are possible subject to availability and payment of the difference in tariffs.
