We are located at Pimpalkhut village which is 5 kms from the Zari gate.

Distance from Chandrapur: 30 kms (time taken 40 minutes).

Distance from Nagpur: 180 kms (time taken 3 hours at best).Distance from Chandrapur Railway station: 30 kms (time taken 40 minutes).

Distance from Balharshah Railway station: 44 kms (time 60 minutes).

Transport can be facilitated from either of the rail heads at Chandrapur/ Balharshah and from Nagpur Airport with additional charges.

Red Earth Tadoba is in 15 Acre land with 19 luxury cottages.

15 Independent cottage in which 05 cottages have twin beds and 10 cottages have King beds & 2 are Family cottages which has one room - King bed and one room - twin bed.

We have a common pool at the property and the size of the pool is 4 feet depth, 125 x 25 feet

We do not have different category of cottages, all are similar which is A/C luxury cottage with wade pool.

Accommodations on twin /Double sharing basis.

Each cottage is 950sqft and has its own wade pool.

Each cottage has a mini fridge, a safe, and a hairdryer among other amenities.

All cottages are air conditioned and has a television.

Wifi is available with good speed inside the cottage and at certain areas of the property and is free of cost.

As a policy we do not do room service since as we are very close to a forest & food smells attract animals.

However, we do oblige for mothers with babies, the aged and the physically challenged.

Maximum capacity of the cottage will be a couple with 2 small children Or 3 adults.

One child of less than 8 years is complimentary.

Children between 8 to 12 years are charged.

Any one above 12 years is treated as an adult and are charged.

Package starts with Lunch and ends with Breakfast (APAI, includes All Meals , Accommodation and Taxes).

We have separate Veg and Non Veg kitchens, utensils for both kitchens are separate.

All utensil, crockery & cutlery are sterilized along with their normal wash daily.

Our chefs are trained in creating excellent vegetarian, Jain as well as gluten free & other cuisines.

Unlimited dining during the restaurant hours except for Room Service.

Evening high tea is also part of the package.

We do have an A la carte' menu.

However when the property is running full, we do a buffet. Any A la carte' order is at an extra charge.

We have a designated chef & range for the baby food . Our kitchens also have women chefs who can help you with baby food or children special food.

Drivers' dormitory & meals from our staff cafeteria are complimentary.

A special drivers' Thaali is available @ Rs.50/- per meal, Includes 2 rotis, unlimited rice, portion dal, portion vegetable & 1 piece non veg.

Safari has 4 zones and we are 4th Zone – Zari Kolsa and it is a Jeep Safari.

Guests have the option to indulge in either a Full Day Safari or a Half Day Safari experience.

Maximum capacity of the jeep is only 6 adults and 2 kids below 8 years who can accommodate on parent’s lap, no seat will be provided.

Safaris are completely controlled by the Maharashtra Government and are subject to government regulations & weather conditions.

Every person has to submit his or her id proof for the booking of the safari and it is mandatory to carry the same id during the safari(passport/aadhar card/ pan card/driving licence /school id.

The team leader or first person on the safari booking list has to travel in order to be allowed into the park. Add ons are not possible under any circumstances once booking have been done.

Safari Permits (Normal Quota & Tatkal Premium Quota) for the reserve are subject to availability. Tatkal bookings are open 3 days before the safari date. The entry gates for safaris may change due to limitations of Park entrance and permits allocated to each gate.

Whole day safaris are possible and charges will be provided on request;

Safari charges include cost of entry and guide charges.

Children upto seven are not charged.

Once the safari is booked it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Safari does not include the transfers from resort to Safari gate and will be at an additional cost.

Please note that some gates for the Safari are far away from the resort. Given below are gates at close proximity to us along with transfer time. Transfer to these gates can be facilitated by us at an additional cost.

Naturalists are provided ONLY for safaris booked through us.

Food Hamper:
Morning & evening food hamper is provided complimentary ONLY to guests who have booked their safari through us.

For guests who have booked a safari on their own;
Guests can choose a packed breakfast OR breakfast when they return to the restaurant. NOT BOTH
There will be no Evening hamper for guests who have booked safaris on their own.
