I participated in a training program in 2024, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Over the course of 20 days, we explored the most remote parts of the Western Ghats rainforests and went on safaris across central India. Words can’t fully express the vast knowledge I gained from the experience, and how it has profoundly shaped my future. My instructor was incredibly inspiring, encouraging us to view biodiversity from a completely new perspective. I'll always remember the herping experiences and the many jungle walks we took. From plants to insects, we delved into so many details that have opened my eyes and fueled my passion for conservation.
