The incredibly famous Nagarhole Tiger Reserve opens up its reserve, aspiring young upcoming photographers and nature lovers in this unique yet fun camping and photography experience at our resort in Kabini. The beautiful river Kabini makes its way through the flora and fauna rich reserve which is known for its leopard and tiger sightings. Your child would also have many opportunities to see and experience the wildlife of Kabini at its very best with mammal sightings such as Asiatic elephants, Indian gaurs, sloth bears, Asiatic wild dogs and various beautiful species of deer which you and your children and family would get to photograph near our resort in Kabini<\/a>. There are also more than 300 species of birds in the tiger reserve that you need to see and photograph.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The best part of this adventure and activity is that you and your children would be guided into the forests and taken into the fundamentals of wildlife photography and be equipped with a basic understanding of animal behaviour and instincts that would help you take stunning photographs.<\/span><\/p>\n

You would also be having many tasty and delicious meals prepared at our resort in Kabini which is the Red Earth Resort Kabini. Lastly you will have an extremely fun filled and adventurous holiday.<\/span><\/p>\n

Camp Itinerary<\/b><\/p>\n

across 3 days –\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

DAY 1 –<\/b><\/p>\n

Just at the crack of dawn, we will depart from the city of Bangalore and proceed to the much-awaited campsite at Kabini. After check-in and a scrumptious lunch, the camp leader will introduce the children to Kabini with a brief on the wildlife found in the area, the afternoon\u2019s safari plan and also a presentation on the ideal settings for their cameras for the first safari and also more details about the best regions to spot wildlife near our resort in Kabini<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

We will then be finding ourselves aboard several safari vehicles, driving into different parts of Nagarhole, not knowing which animal would be lurking around every corner. We\u2019ll keep our eyes peeled and hope that the safari turns out to be a very successful one and full of thrilling adventure and fun.<\/span><\/p>\n

Later that evening, we\u2019ll gather around a campfire in our resort in Kabini which is the Red Earth Resort Kabini for a presentation on composition and discuss our safari experience and animal behaviour.<\/span><\/p>\n

We will then end the night with a session of entertainment followed by a delicious dinner at our resort in Kabini<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

DAY 2 –<\/b><\/p>\n

We wake up early in the morning to the sweet calls of the birds found within the campsite at our resort in Kabini\u00a0and after a hot cup of coffee or tea, prepare to depart for the morning safari. This safari will be very exciting as your child will certainly have a better grasp of photography after the instruction session the previous evening and will be more confident to take that stunning shot that he has been waiting for all his life.<\/span><\/p>\n

We return to the resort in Kabini for a meal of breakfast and to rest for a bit. After we have lunch, we\u2019ll have a discussion about exposure compensation and lens focusing before we embark on the afternoon safari for the day. On our return at dusk, we will play a few nature-based games, learn and practice low-light photography and end the night with some entertainment and a celebratory dinner at our resort in Kabini<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

DAY 3 –<\/b><\/p>\n

On the final morning of your endeavour in Kabini, the forests of Nagarhole beckon us to end the camp on a high note with a superb sighting on the fourth and final safari trip together.<\/span><\/p>\n

After the safari and breakfast at our resort in Kabini, we gather for a rendezvous before checking out at 11:00 a.m from the Red Earth Resort Kabini. and then we will drive back to Bangalore, where we are sure your child won\u2019t be able to wait to tell your extended family and friends about some fascinating tales and adventures from Kabini during his wildlife summer camp in Kabini.<\/span><\/p>\n
